Live Authentically

psychotherapy for wellness and aliveness in body-mind-spirit

“Begin to be now what you will be hereafter.” ~William James

Do you believe in your self, and your capacity to do great and meaningful things, but somehow find daily drudgery getting in the way? Is your work-life balance out of whack, and do you feel burnt out on your job, your relationship, or in your life?If this sounds familiar, you likely can remember a time when the world sparkled and each day had meaning. Psychotherapy can be an avenue to getting back in touch with your big goals, and a therapist can be a guide in discovering how to live a more authentic life and renew your sense of purpose and experience of peace.

I help people regain wellness. This wellness often takes the form of renewed commitment to self-care including good nutrition, exercise, and mindful relaxation that results in improved physical strength and overall vitality. Wellness is also about living a lifestyle that is congruent with your values, and feeling connected with others, the natural world, and your own authentic self. I help people recover from burnout. While I don’t offer touch interventions in my practice, I frequently work with acupuncturists, chiropractors, massage therapists, personal trainers, and psychiatrists so, together, we can support the whole person: the body, mind, and spirit.
