Insurance
At this time, I am an in-network provider with Medicare only. In some cases, you will be provided with a monthly statement that you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement if this is a benefit of your health insurance plan. Note that insurance companies tend to only reimburse for care that is considered to be medically necessary. Please contact your health insurance carrier for details about your out-of-network benefits.

The No Surprises Act and Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, health care providers need to provide clients an estimate of the expected charges for medical care, including psychotherapy, if they are not using insurance to pay for services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services or items. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate or visit
